“Graduation Craft out of Mason Jars”

Instructions:

1. Print this template on card-stock or construction paper.

2. Cut these shapes.

3. Fold the tabs in.

4. Glue the ends of the long stripe to make a circle.

5. Apply glue to the outer side of each tab and place it in the middle of the square.

6. Print and cut. You can print on regular paper and then trace it to any cards-stock color of your choice.
